Vanilla are carefully cultivated in fertile Indonesian soils, where climate and biodiversity provide ideal growing conditions. The vines take up to three years to fully mature.
The beans undergo a time-intensive curing process involving blanching, sweating, drying, and conditioning. This traditional method, refined over generations, develops the beans’ signature aroma and complex flavor profile.
Once cured, beans are sorted into grades (Gourmet, A, B, C) and processed into various products — including caviar, powder, paste, crystallized vanilla, and extracts (with or without alcohol).
